How will my painting arrive?
Your painting will arrive rolled up in a sturdy plastic tube to protect the painting. In fact, we have never had a painting arrive damaged.

 

Do you offer stretching services or framed paintings?
No, we believe in providing you with the highest quality paintings at very affordable prices. Unfortunately shipping stretched and/or framed paintings results in too many damages while shipping.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?
All of our paintings ship for free - always - anywhere in the world. We ship through an express carrier and you should receive it within three to five days.

 

How long before I receive my painting?
Most medium sized paintings take roughly two weeks. Smaller paintings a few days less and larger paintings a few days more. But what are a few days compared to the lifetime you will get to enjoy your painting?

Can you paint a custom painting from a photograph?
Of course! Our artists can paint your favorite wedding picture, portrait or a picture of your pet. Contact us here for a quote.

 

Do you sell paintings or prints?
All of our paintings are hand painted by experienced artists that have on average 15 years of experience. Every painting is an oil on canvas genuine masterpiece.

 

Can I see the painting before you ship it?
Of course! You will receive a digital photograph for your approval or you can request modifications until you are 100% satisfied with your painting.

 

Can I order a painting in a size not listed on your website?
Absolutely! There is almost no limit to the size of painting you can order. Simply submit a request for a custom quote here.

 

Can I have a painting that I or someone I know painted?
Yes! All we need is a good quality photograph of the painting and your desired size. You can submit a request for a quote here.

 

Is my credit card information safe on your website?
Just like any reputable online company, we have installed SSL certificates, providing one the highest levels of trust and security and full compatibility with all major web browsers. This enables us to guarantee a minimum of 128 bit SSL encryption to all of our web users.

 

Can I return a painting?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your painting even after approving the electronic photo, you can contact us for a return authorization number. We want all of our customers to absolutely love their paintings. Please note that custom portraits cannot be returned.
